The Community Action Fund was our inital effort to raise $1 MILLION to give back to local and national community organizations that are providing pivotal services and programs for our community.
WHAT’S THE PURPOSE OF THE CAF?
Local and national organizations have been working to dismantle these systemic issues and many for decades. They need funds to be able to carry out this work - which is where we can come alongside them. This Hate Is A Virus initiative exists to further amplify the work that these organizations are doing and help fund their projects as well.
UPDATE
We Raised 1 MILLION!
We can’t say this enough - thank you to our incredible community.
How is the money being distributed?
90%
of donations will go directly to Community Organizations carefully selected by our Advisory Council and addressing a wide range of issues in support of the AAPI community.
10%
will go towards Hate Is A Virus fund management.
